Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice via phone for any cancellations. If you provide less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the clinic consultation fee or 1 hour fee for home and residential aged care facilities consults. We understand emergencies happen and will consider your circumstances.
