Emma Grooby

With over 10 years nursing experience, Emma is a dedicated Stomal Therapy Nurse. 

Emma completed her Bachelor of Nursing in 2012 at The University of Notre Dame Australia, Fremantle.

After completing her Bachelor Emma worked in two major hospitals in Perth, Royal Perth Hospital and Fiona Stanley Hospital, before relocating with her family to Adelaide and taking a position at St Andrew’s hospital in the Urology and Colorectal surgical ward.

It was during this time she discovered her passion – Stomal Therapy Nursing. In 2022 Emma completed her Graduate Certificate in Wound, Ostomy and Continence Practice at Curtin University, Perth.

Emma provides pre and post-operative care to all ostomates, provides ongoing support and education, as well as wound care and continence advice.
